What happens when I hit the storage limit on the free plan?
You'll be notified when approaching the 5GB limit. You can upgrade to Premium for unlimited storage, or remove older content to stay within the limit.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and your data stays safe.
What does the Legacy plan include?
A one-time $249 payment gives your family permanent lifetime access — everything in Premium, plus 1TB cloud storage, a dedicated account manager, custom branding, API access, and historical data migration. Legacy is also available as $29.99/year or $3.99/month for families who prefer spreading the cost.
