Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Family Shell, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Family Shell, Inc.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Accounts for children under 13 require parental consent and supervision. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Family Circles & Access
Family Shell organizes content into Family Circles. The Circle creator is the admin and can invite/remove members. All members agree to share content within the Circle. You may only join Circles by invitation.
4. Content You Upload
You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant Family Shell a limited license to store, display, and process that content for the purpose of providing the service.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not use Family Shell for illegal purposes, to harm minors, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, spam, or harass other users. Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates others' rights will be removed.
6. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users can delete their account and data at any time from Settings.
7. Subscriptions & Billing
Premium plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime — you'll retain Premium access until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
8. Disclaimer
Family Shell is provided 'as is' without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data accuracy, or that the service will meet your specific needs.
9. Limitation of Liability
Family Shell's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification 30 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes are resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
